ADURA 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your ADURA pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Only items purchased directly from ADURA online are eligible for returns.

  • Pre-orders or sale items may have specific return conditions – please check the product details before ordering.

How to Return


  1. Request a Return

    Contact our customer support at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Package

    Include the item(s) in their original packaging along with the return authorization form provided.

  3. Ship the Item

    Send the package back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  4. Refund or Exchange

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process:


    Refund: The purchase price will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


    Exchange: We will ship your replacement item promptly.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at fayahfashionhouse@gmail.com or by filling out the form nblow, and include the order #. We will cover shipping costs and ensure a replacement or full refund.
