At Adura , we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. if you are local to Southern Alberta and would like to arrange pick up same day pickup can be arranged.
Shipping Times

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Shipping Delays
ADURA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.
Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned, and returns/exchanges initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us ataduraappare@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aduraapparel@gmail.com or contact us in our chat with your order number. with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
