How to Pre-Order

    Explore our upcoming collection and select your favorite pieces. Each item is designed for comfort, performance, and urban elegance.
  2. Add to Cart & Checkout
    Order as you would any online purchase. you can use gift Cards for the pre- order and proceed to checkout. Full payment will secure your order.
  3. Receive Confirmation
    You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and expected delivery date.
  4. Delivery Timeline
    Your pre-ordered items are scheduled for delivery mid to late -January 2026. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is on its way. We expect them earlier than this.

ADURA 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your ADURA pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Only items purchased directly from ADURA online are eligible for returns.

  • Pre-orders or sale items may have specific return conditions – please check the product details before ordering.

How to Return


  1. Request a Return

  2. Prepare Your Package

    Include the item(s) in their original packaging along with the return authorization form provided.

  3. Ship the Item

    Send the package back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  4. Refund or Exchange

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process:


    Refund: The purchase price will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


    Exchange: We will ship your replacement item promptly.

Defective or Incorrect Items
